Your account and all associated child profiles, activity logs, photos, and settings have been permanently and automatically deleted from our servers.

🛡️ Data Deletion & Retention Policy

What data is permanently deleted?

  • User Profiles: Account credentials, registered name, profile photo, and family role profiles.
  • Child Details: Children details (names, dates of birth, doctor contact, health records).
  • Activity Logs: All diaper, sleep, feeding, pumping, growth metrics, and milestone checklists.
  • Journal Assets: Uploaded memory/milestone photos.
  • Social Links: Notification settings, shared family memberships, and email invitations.

Data retention & exceptions

Shared Families: If your child's profile and activity logs are shared with other active family members, they will remain accessible to those members to preserve the historical records of the family diary. Child profiles and logs are only deleted once all associated family members delete their accounts or the family is completely emptied.
